PhD course: Atlas information systems
1st week The atlas concept; atlas critique (participants will be asked to review existing atlases)
2nd week Atlas information systems
3rd week National atlas information systems, web atlas functionality and beyond
4th week Further development of the atlas concept (Koop)

The course aims at highlighting the importance and relevance of traditional atlas concepts in a digital environment, and tries to link these concepts with the new possibilities and functionalities of digital products
