Iván Skerletz
Secretary General of the Hungarian Orienteering Federation
Born on the 17th of April, 1939.
Won three individual national champion's titles.
Was member of the national orienteering team between 1957 and 1967.
Up to 1968 - civilian army employee, then employee of an industrial cooperative.
1968-1972 - Team leader of the Hungarian national orienteering team.
1970 - Secretary General of the Hungarian Orienteering Federation.
1974-1984 - Member of the Map Committee of IOF.
1983 - Graduates as sport organizer at the College of Physical Education.
1991 - Secretary General of the Association
of Map Friends
Died on 7th October 1996.
