[Phd] participation on cenference - konferenciarészvétel

Dear PhD students,

Please let me know in good time (months before the event if possible) if you would like to participate in a conference for which you would like to request financial support from the University, as the Head of the Geoinformatics and Cartography Programme of the Doctoral School of Earth Sciences. The financial administration changes every year, and under the current rules any payment can only be made afterwards with prior approval at the faculty level. Thus, anyone who pays any expenses in advance to attend a conference can hardly expect to be reimbursed afterwards.

Kedves Doktoranduszok!
Kérek mindenkit aki konferencián szeretne részt venni, amihez az egyetem anyagi támogatását szeretné kérni, ezt időben (ha lehet hónapokkal az esemény előtt) jelezze nekem, mint a Földtudományi Doktori Iskola, térképészet-geoinformatika program vezetőjének. A pénzügyi adminisztrációs szabályok minden évben változnak, a mostani szabályok szerint bármilyen kifizetés csak kari szintű előzetes jóváhagyással fizethető ki utólag. Így aki egy konferencia részvételhez kapcsolódóan bármilyen költséget előzetesen kifizet az nem nagyon számíthat arra, hogy ezt utólag megtérítjük.
