Dear Ladies and Gentlemen,

Dear Colleagues,

Dear Members of ISHMap,

 

I would like to inform you that since the end of September the CFP for the
3rd Symposium of the International Society for the History of the Map
(ISHMap) is online now on the ISHMap website. You can register online and
submit your abstract (deadline: 18th December 2015) via
http://ishm.elte.hu/lisbon/

 

The symposium will take place at the National Library of Portugal in Lisbon
on the 3rd/4th June 2016. 

It is open to all interested in the subject “Encounters and Translations:
Mapping and Writing the Waters of the World”. There is no fee. 

 

The Annual General Meeting of ISHMap will take place on Friday, 3rd June
2016 after the papers of the first day.
