[ISHMap-List] Did Napoleon lose to Wellington because of a bad map?

At another scale, the map /'PROVINCES AUTRICHIENNES dans les Pays Bas y
compris les Principautés de LIEGE et de STAVELO, 1777/' is showing a
correct placement of Mont-Saint-Jean.
