[ISHMap-List] George Washington's opinion of John Fitch's 1785 map

Somewhere last week I read George Washington's less than favorable, and
potentially biased, opinion of a map. I think it pertained to John Fitch's A
Map of the north west parts of the United States of

I searched and searched this week and cannot find that quote. Does anyone
have it readily available?
