Hello everyone,
If you would like to help out a student with her research, please consider participating in one or both of her experiments.
Cheers,
Amy
Hello everyone,
I am making a survey for my Master Thesis "Animated Transitions in Statistical maps" where I am trying to determine how animated transitions from statistical maps to charts and vice versa change user perception. There are two experiments prepared:
· Experiment 1: tests the effects (effectiveness) of animated transitions

· Experiment 2: tests if animation facilitates the graphical perception of determining trends and values

All you need is:
· Computer or a laptop;
· 15-20 mins of time for each experiment.
You are free to go through only one or both experiments. Please note, the survey will be available online until October 1st.
Last but not least, I would really appreciate it if you find time to help and forward this invitation within your own network.
Kindly,
Valeriia Shurupina
Cartography Master student
