The application deadline is 18 September 2019. Candidates for the professorship must be internationally recognized for contributions to Cartography and Geoinformation Science. We are looking for individuals who are outstanding scholars with cross-cutting research concepts among the discipline. Candidates are expected to have excellent publication, external funding, and teaching records. The professorship will provide a strong link to other disciplines of the faculty. The new professorship is expected to strengthen cooperation within and across faculties. Teaching at all levels will be done mainly in Geography, with the option to contribute to Earth and Environmental Sciences.
