Dear Alberto and colleagues,
Taking advantage of this celebration day for cartographers in Brazil, I
extend my congratulations to all cartographers and other related
professionals around the world, especially during this time of COVID-19,
when their work is highly ranked for its extreme importance in the struggle
against this pandemic worldwide.
