Dear All,

It may be of interest to know that the Science Museum, London, now publish an e-journal with free access for all. Some content may be relevant to map historians. The contents of the current issue can be seen here:
http://journal.sciencemuseum.ac.uk/issues/autumn-2014/

Articles in Issue 02 include a discussion of the challenges of curating the Collider exhibition, an analysis of an overlooked scrapbook of aeronautical philatelist Winifred Penn-Gaskell, a look back at a five-year academic study re-evaluating the quest for longitude, and a review of the National Maritime Museum's exhibition Ships, Clocks & Stars.

The journal presents peer-reviewed papers that are relevant to the wide-ranging interests of the Science Museum Group. Here we share research conducted by SMG’s four national museums as well as inviting contributions relevant to their academic disciplines and professional practice.

If you would like to receive notifications regarding future issues (published bi-annually) please subscribe here.
