Dear colleagues,

May I kindly share with you of this research using eye-tracking to
capture human attentions?

http://annsussman.com/

It is the underlying living structure that captures human attentions.
Therefore, there are far more low attentions than high ones. A
well-designed map bears this living structure as well, so goodness of a
map is not just a matter of opinion or personal preference but a matter
of fact that can be quantified and measured.

Thanks and cheers.

Bin
