[Ica-sdistandards] Contribute to a paper about the ICA model of stakeholders in an SDI?

Dear all,

I add my vote to the team supporting 2 articles and I am more than happy to
contribute. In the past few years we have done a lot of research around
transitioning from 'spatial data' infrastructure to 'spatial knowledge'
infrastructure, where we dealt with several aspects of the 'new SDI'. Focus
on stakeholders would be a great complement to this work.

Regards,
Ivana
