[Ica-sdistandards] Contribute to a paper about the ICA model of stakeholders in an SDI?

Dear colleagues,
Thank you Joep for the EuroSDR on future SDI research topics.
I join Joep and others colleagues´s opinion to write 2 (or more) papers. I
would like to contribute to them. At present there are interesting SDI´s
challenges regarding the Digital Transformation.
