[Ica-sdistandards] Contribute to a paper about the ICA model of stakeholders in an SDI?

Hi Antony,

are you consolidating the comments into 2 papers? If so, I prefer to wait
for the consolidated draft and contribute there (I'm also a bit behind with
other things ;-).

Another option would be Journal of Spatial Science - SDI and its aspects
are a welcome topic there.
