szervezői – már azok, akik nem sunnyogva szerveznek –
évek óta fizetnek. Volt
ez a díj 300 forint is, tavaly emelték ötszázra.
Jogalapja az Erdőtörvény (2009.
évi XXXVII. tv.) Nehéz benne megtalálni, de segítek.
Summázva: a tv. 91.§./3/ ez az 500.-, a 105/B.§. /1/ a
15000.- jogalapja. </p>
<p
style="margin:0cm 0cm 0.0001pt;font-size:11pt;font-family:Calibri,sans-serif">Döcögős
a logika, de jogász legyen a talpán aki eredményesen
meg tudja támadni.</p>
<p

hogy ezt alkalmazzák, - higgyétek el, elég sokat
beszéltünk róla erdészekkel - nem a saját találmányuk.
Az erdőfenntartás állami forrásai megcsappantak, a
hiánypótlás érdekében kényszerültek rá. Most még csak
néhány erdészet kér pénzt, de majd a többi is fog...</p>
<p

lenne ezzel szövetségi szinten is foglalkozni.
Legalább az edzőversenyek, edzőtáborok részére
felmentést kérni a fizetés alól. </p>

Pilisi Parkerdőnél a 15000Ft+
500Ft/versenyző erdőhasználati
hozzájárulással, amely igen jelentős
kihívást támaszt a tájfutó közösség
(illetve vezetés) felé.</div>
<div dir="auto">Meggyőződésem, a
Pilisi Parkerdő nem az 1500Ftos
nevezési dijas versenyekhez van
szocializalódva.</div>
<div dir="auto">És megnézve a Hillux
flottájukat, nagyon nincsenek
rászorulva erre a bevételi forrásra.</div>
<div dir="auto">Remélem, egyszer eljön
az idő, ezek a szervek keresnek meg
minket, rendezzünk közösségi sport
vagy szabadidőeseményt az erdejükben
(mert ugye ez is alapfeladatuk
lenne)!</div>
