<p class="default">With the latest update we launch the <strong>OCAD
Sketch Layer</strong> as a <strong>Beta version</strong>.</p>
<p class="default">The new Sketch Layer and it's tools are
designed <strong>for orienteering map field work with a
tablet computer and a pen</strong>.</p>

<p class="default">Mapping with a tablet in the terrain
has some compelling advantages like real-time GPS
positioning and the possibility to switch between
different background maps. However, the drawing and
editing tools were not yet designed for use with a
tablet and pen.</p>
<p class="default">This was the trigger for this latest
development: <strong>The OCAD Sketch Layer makes
drawing on the tablet very ergonomic.</strong> Even
more: <strong>Numerous colors</strong> and <strong>different
line widths</strong> are available and <strong>with
the eraser tool you can very easily delete parts of
the sketch</strong> without having to select the
features before.</p>

wir den <strong>OCAD Sketch Layer</strong> als <strong>Beta-Version</strong>.</p>
<p class="default">Der neue Sketch Layer und seine
Werkzeuge sind als <strong>Skizzier-Ebene bei der
OL-Karten-Geländeaufnahme mit Tablet-Computer und
Stift</strong> konzipiert.</p>

<p class="default">Die Kartierung im Gelände mit einem
Tablet hat einige überzeugende Vorteile wie Echtzeit-GPS
und die Möglichkeit, zwischen verschiedenen
Hintergrundkarten zu wechseln. Allerdings waren die
Zeichen- und Bearbeitungswerkzeuge bisher noch nicht für
die Verwendung mit einem Tablet optimiert.</p>
<p class="default">Dies war der Auslöser für diese neueste
Entwicklung: <strong>Mit dem OCAD Sketch Layer wird das
Zeichnen am Tablet sehr ergonomisch.</strong> <br>
Mehr noch: Es stehen <strong>zahlreiche Farben</strong>
und <strong>verschiedene Strichstärken</strong> zur
Verfügung und <strong>mit dem Radierwerkzeug können Sie
bei Korrekturbedarf Bereiche der Skizze sehr einfach
löschen</strong> ohne zuerst die betreffenden Objekte
selektieren zu müssen.</p>
