Pályázni a csatolt jelentkezési lap kitöltésével és <a href="mailto:peter@veszcart.hu"><span style='color:#1F497D'>peter@veszcart.hu</span></a> <span style='display:none'>Ez az email cím védett a spam robotoktól, a megtekintéséhez engedélyezni kell a Javascriptet. </span>email címre küldésével lehet. Az űrlapon található adatokat (célhely, terep, térkép, stb...) mind az öt napra külön meg kell adni. A pályázat mellé csatolt előzetes engedélyek, megállapodások, szándéknyilatkozatok pozitívan befolyásolják a pályázat elbírálását.
