[StipHu] Holidays, DST, Spring Break

 Dear Students,

let me call your attention to the following events related to our course:

1. March 10th (this Saturday) will be working day in Hungary - but at the
university there is no teaching on this day! So you do not need to come to
the university. Shops, and a lot of offices will be open on this day, and
e.g. parking fee will be charged for cars on this Saturday.

2. March 15th (next Thursday) is a National Holiday in Hungary. (See
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Hungarian_Revolution_of_1848) There is no
teaching on this day. And also most of the shops and stores are closed as
well.

3. Related to the above, March 16th (next Friday) is a Rest Day. So that
there will be a 'long weekend'. Also there are no classes this day. Some
stores, offices will be closed as well.

4. Daylight saving time in Hungary starts on March 25th, 3 a.m. Your
computers and smartphones should adjust themselves automatically, but
please make sure, that all your clocks will be set correctly. (Also, so you
won't miss classes later.) See also:

5. The Spring Vacation at our University is between March 28th (Wednesday)
and 3rd April (Tuesday). So there are no classes on these working days
between these dates. Education continues on April 4th (Wednesday).

Please not, that there will be Easter during this Vacation: 30th March, 2nd
April: shops, offices will be closed (1st April as well, but 1st April is
Sunday anyway).
