The European Geosciences Union 2024 General Assembly abstract submission period has started. There are many sessions in the programme that can be interesting to you. As far as I know, some students have interest in geodiversity and geoheritage studies, so let
me attach the call for that session. Those students who submit an abstract by 1 December may be chosen for the Roland Schlich Travel Support - that means free registration and a certain amount of cash if you attend in person.</div>

geoheritage into <b>sustainable development</b> practices aligns with global goals, presenting a unique opportunity to balance environmental conservation with economic and social well-being.</span></div>

encompasses all natural abiotic elements of our planet, while '<b>geoheritage</b>' represents a subset of geodiversity deemed worthy of protection. Being aware of the wide range of topics and a growing number of geodiversity/geoheritage studies, we call for
