Master program</a>, I am writing my thesis on the topic of the cartographic schools of thought under the supervision of Prof. Dr. Menno-Jan Kraak.</span></p>

<span lang="EN-US" style="font-family:"Arial Nova Light",sans-serif">The project aims to understand how the view on cartography varies in different areas of the world, and the factors that influence this. The research hypothesis is that distinct cartographic
schools of thought are converging together, because of globalization. Local cartographic curricula are influenced by the schools and changing curricula over time might show trends of change in the schools. Therefore, for my research, I am looking for old and
new curricula (starting from the 1980-s, 1990-s) of university programs focusing on cartography to compare them and understand trends.</span></p>
