<br> <p>Dear Memebers of the ISO/TC 211 Terminology Maintenance Group </p><p>As first mentioned at the TMG Mid-Term meeting in October 2020 and again at the TMG Meeting during the 51st Plenary week in December 2020, a special terminology workshop has been in the planning stages. I am happy to invite all of the members to the virtual workshop and I look forward to seeing you there. </p><p><em>Reese Plews, Convenor of ISO/TC 211/AG 7</em></p><p><strong>Workshop on Terminology and Shared Concepts</strong></p><p>We are a group of people working with terminology as one way of creating interoperable solutions across subdomains and domains. On several occasions we have realized that different terms are used for the same concept (and vice versa), this situation can cause confusion at all levels of use.
