O-map World Records (just
for fun)
We are looking for
- The largest offset printed map (it is the area of the mapped terrain that
counts).
- The largest seamless orienteering map database.
For both categories,
- a map will have to be drawn according to the current IOF map specifications
to qualify;
- the complete area must have been thoroughly field checked.
We try to collect and exhibit these maps and databases on the next International
Conference on Orienteering Mapping (2009).
