[Ica-sdistandards] Contribute to a paper about the ICA model of stakeholders in an SDI?

Dear Antony, dear all,
I share Stefan's opinion to write two articles.
A lot of time has passed since we wrote the first version of the article
and some trends have gained in importance:
- Big Data
- Cloud computing
- Linked Data and Semantic Web
- AI and machine learning
The infrastructure environment and expectations from SDI are changing. The
second article may be a good opportunity to highlight them better.
