The registration fee for the conference includes:
- Attendance to the Conference;
- Bag including Conference documentation (badge, proceedings and others);
- Certification of participation;
- Coffee breaks and lunch on June 30 and July 1 at the Conference venue;
- Special Cocktail (Wine and Cheese Tasting, June 30);
- Tickets for transportation within the city;
- City excursion on Saturday morning (July 2)
The registration fee for accompanying persons includes:

Services not included in the registration fee (they can be paid separately when filling the registration form):
- Gala Dinner (30 euros);
- Breakfasts at University Canteen (Thursday and Friday, 5 euros/breakfast, only available if more than 10 participants ask for this service);
- Accommodation (prices depending on your choice, detailed information here)
