How to reach Orléans?
Public transportation between Paris airports and Orléans city centre:
By train (SNCF http://www.sncf.fr/en_EN/flash/)
- From Paris Charles de Gaulle (CDG) airport
- Follow the RER sign and take the RER B (direction Paris Center), change at the station "Saint Michel-Notre Dame" to RER C. Choose one of these directions: "Massy-Palaiseau", "Versailles-Chantiers", "Dourdan", "St Martin d'Etampes". Check on the screens if the train stops at the next station, which is "Gare d'Austerlitz". The travel takes about 45-60 minutes.

- From Orly airport
- Paris-Orly is linked to the RER B station "Antony" by the ORLYVAL shuttle train. You will have to change at the station "Saint Michel-Notre Dame" to RER C. Instead of the RER C train, you can also take the metro line number 10. Take off the RER at the station "Gare d'Austerlitz".
- The Orlybus shuttle provides a link between Paris (Denfert-Rochereau station) and Paris-Orly. At Denfert-Rochereau take the metro line 6, direction Nation and change at Place d’Italie to metro 5, direction Bobigny, take off at the station "Gare d'Austerlitz".

When you are at Austerlitz SNCF train station, go the SNCF main train lines. You will find a desk (or yellow machines) to buy a train ticket for Orléans. It costs 18.80 euros one way per person between Paris and Orléans (one hour travel).

BEWARE! There are two train stations in Orléans: "Les Aubrais-Orléans", and "Orléans".
The easiest way: get out at Aubrais station and take the tram to the
Orléans University.
From Paris Austerlitz, train frequency is at least one per hour.
The travel between Orleans and Paris takes around one hour.

The tram stop is located at the exit of the station Aubrais.
The frequency of service is 6-20 minutes (5 a.m.- 24.30 p.m). Travel time is about
30-35 minutes to the university.
You have to get off the tram at Université Park Floral station.

- Easyroute company offers minibus service (9 seats) from Paris to Orléans, but it sould be book in March-April. Please contact the local organizers in time. The price is about 160-180 euro/minibus.
