Current Duties/Responsibilities
1. Teach cartography to first and second year students
2 Demonstrate to both undergraduate and postgraduate in cartography and Aerial photo- interpretation and Remote sensing
3. Offer consultancy in cartography as well as design and draw maps for journal
publication, seminar and conference presentation and for teaching purposes.
4 Duplicate hand-out for students.
5. Involved in the departmental seminar held in Thika in March 2003 on the
harmonization of the curriculum i.e. the quantitative techniques especially in GIS,
Cartography and Remote Sensing.
6. In- charge of the computer laboratory
7. Developing a joint proposal between K-Karto Sweden and Kenyatta University,
Geography Department
